The Future Family priority number 1 is to ensure Ian and the Family is having FUN. Ian is living his dream, a dream that takes physical and mental strain. It’s a fine balance to make sure through the hardest of days this still feels like the dream. The moment this feels like work is the moment we’re doing something wrong. If we are operating in joy then we know we’re also spreading joy. Our content will be more fun, our team will be happier, from coaches to baby Leo. We believe Joy is infectious and there are so many people on our team I’d like to thank for helping me make this entire fight camp and fight week so damn special.
