Last night I attended the prestigious BT Sport Industry Awards and like each year that preceded it, it was a glamours affair.

My favourite moment was looking up at Alex Scott hosting on the main stage (instead of the token side stage she's often linking from) and speaking with Raheem Sterling who was honoured with an award for integrity for the stance he took against racism in sport. Seeing those two dominate the stage in such a powerful room showed an obvious and visible change. It was refreshing and positive.

Congratulations to both, you do more than you know.

What an incredible night of fights. The Knockouts were wild, ngl I’m loving the new gloves. Karate Combat just got even more Dangerous! The spirit in the Dominican Republic is so vibrant and loud. A real family vibe. @iangarry Thank You for always being by my side. A lady came up to me and said she found it incredible to see a man take care of the baby whilst Momma works. It took me a minute to clock why it mattered so much to her because in our home it’s so normal. We both just support our family so willingly it’s never a question or a favour. It’s life. And I love my life. Thank you ❤️

First Day of Forest Kindi! Now we’re back in the U.K. we fall back into the creative education flow we have for the kids here. Lucas’ diary is nailed he has his classes globally and loves them. A really unique personalised combination of schools. Lucas normally does the the older forest school twice a week and now Leo is starting the playgroup version. Two hours of the day in the forest come rain or shine learning about nature and adventuring with friends. A parent needs to stay as he’s still little and this is the most perfect space for Ian. So each week I’ll be dropping the boys off in the forest. I can’t decide who had the most fun Ian or Leo!
