Last night I attended the prestigious BT Sport Industry Awards and like each year that preceded it, it was a glamours affair.

My favourite moment was looking up at Alex Scott hosting on the main stage (instead of the token side stage she's often linking from) and speaking with Raheem Sterling who was honoured with an award for integrity for the stance he took against racism in sport. Seeing those two dominate the stage in such a powerful room showed an obvious and visible change. It was refreshing and positive.

Congratulations to both, you do more than you know.
