I have officially launched my brand new podcast titled SUGAR FREE COFFEE with LAYLA and there's no better way to launch a podcast than with #5 ranked UFC fighter Al Iaquinta.

I travelled to Long Island in the USA to meet Al in his gym and we discussed how the McGregor fight would be massive for him but why he'd choose Khabib Nurmagomedov over McGregor any day!

The Future Family priority number 1 is to ensure Ian and the Family is having FUN. Ian is living his dream, a dream that takes physical and mental strain.
