I have officially launched my brand new podcast titled SUGAR FREE COFFEE with LAYLA and there's no better way to launch a podcast than with #5 ranked UFC fighter Al Iaquinta.

I travelled to Long Island in the USA to meet Al in his gym and we discussed how the McGregor fight would be massive for him but why he'd choose Khabib Nurmagomedov over McGregor any day!

What an incredible night of fights. The Knockouts were wild, ngl I’m loving the new gloves. Karate Combat just got even more Dangerous! The spirit in the Dominican Republic is so vibrant and loud. It took me a minute to clock why it mattered so much to her because in our home it’s so normal. We both just support our family so willingly it’s never a question or a favour. It’s life.
